TCT saw blade grinding method:
1,Saw blade sharpening is just a rough grinding and processing of the
front corners of the saw teeth. Now there are many such grinding
factories and handicraft workshops, specializing in the grinding of
alloy saw blades.
2,The side accuracy of the saw blade has a large deviation, so the
saw path will become larger, the surface will be rough, and the
burrs will be large. The stress adjustment must be done more than 2
times.
3,If it can be adjusted within the standard range (this standard
refers to the saw blade production standards according to Japan
Kanebo Co., Ltd., that is, the side accuracy of the saw blade),
then enter the next process; otherwise, if grinding is required,
try your best again. Calibrated and precision ground.
4,Be careful when using it! Grinding of the saw blade is carried out
in two steps. First, a 200-grit diamond grinding wheel imported
from Japan is used for rough grinding, and then a 600-grit grinding
wheel is used for more precise grinding.
How to use automatic gear grinding machine:
1,First click on the control panel and press the front angle and then
the flat angle to enter the interface for grinding the teeth. Press
the front corner and then press the left and right teeth to enter
the interface for grinding the left and right teeth. Click into the
interface, then push the saw blade to the middle of the needle
puller, align the angle and lock the saw blade to start. Work.
2,Press reset
3,Press to extract the tooth (click twice, click once, pause, then
click the second time and do not press too fast)
