Multi-blade saw gear grinding machine instructions:
1,When installing the machine, it should be leveled and fixed
firmly. Check whether the screws are tightened. When rotating the
moving parts by hand, it should be flexible and no stuck
phenomenon. Switch on the power supply and check the motor
steering. If the steering is opposite to the mark, any two relative
connections in the three-phase power supply can be connected.
2,The section Angle of the grinding wheel should be consistent with
the tooth shape Angle of the tooth to be ground.
3,According to the tooth spacing of the grinding blade, adjust the
feeding amount of the gear shifting mechanism.
Carbide saw blade use method:
1,Please hang the cemented carbide saw blade vertically on a dry
shelf, be sure to avoid wet places, avoid using corrosive solvents
when cleaning, saw blade is not used for a long time, should be
cleaned and sharpened, oil for anti-rust treatment, placed in the
original carton and then properly placed.
2,Carbide saw blade teeth sharp, prohibited collision, falling to
the ground, must be handled lightly.
3,When installing the cemented carbide saw blade, we must first
confirm the performance and use of the saw table, check whether the
alloy saw blade is cracked, distorted, uneven, tooth loss and other
phenomena, and then install.
4,After installing the carbide saw blade, it must be confirmed that
the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed in the saw table.
The cutting direction indicated by the arrow of the carbide saw
blade is aligned with the rotation direction of the saw table. Do
not install in the opposite direction, because the wrong direction
will cause tooth loss.
