What are the preparations for CNC saw blade grinding machine before
grinding:
1,Measure the outer diameter and center hole of the saw blade and
select the centering washer, install the saw blade on the saw blade
seat, and then lock it with the rolling nut of the saw blade seat,
then relax the fixed locking screw of the saw blade seat, and then
move the saw blade seat to align the size of the outer diameter of
the saw blade with the corresponding scale of the saw blade seat,
and then lock the fixed screw.
2,If the rotation of the saw blade is not properly relaxed, the
forward displacement of the saw blade will not be allowed at this
time, so when the saw blade is installed, rotate the circular saw
blade with the left hand counterclockwise direction to test the
rotation tightness, if the tightness is improper, adjust the
anti-loosening nut with the M17 open wrench to make the rotation
tightness of the saw blade appropriate.
3,Before grinding, it should be decided whether to grind the high
and low teeth. If you want to grind the high and low teeth, adjust
the low and high teeth difference adjustment lever to the required
scale.
